Motlatjo Lodge Rates
In general Motlatjo Lodge’s rates are variable depending on the nature of seasons and period
of stay. Therefore, special rates are always unavoidable at Motlatjo Lodge.
All rates are exclusive of meals.
* Guest chalets - R 450.00 per chalet per night
* Bushman cottage - R 600.00 per chalet per night
* Family chalets - R 1000.00 per chalet per night
* Three Rondavels - R 1 400 per chalet per night
* Twins Chalets - R 650.00 per chalet per night
* Conference - R 500.00 per person/ weekend
- Package inclusive of meals (Breafast, lunch and dinner)
- Friday evening 6:00pm to Sunday afternoon 1:00pm
* Camping - R 400.00 per child per weekend
- Package inclusive of meals (Breafast, lunch and dinner)
- R 80.00 per night per child

NOTE: All meals are charged separately as per menus except for special conferences and camping
- Self catering: No forks and knives will be supplied to guests for braais. A deposit of 100% of the
cost of these items will be charged and will be refunded upon the return of the items.
Terms and conditions
- Rates: Subject to change without notice.
- All long weekends: minimum stay 3 nights except conference/ camping cottage.
- Regret, no credit card facilities.
- Guests are liable for any damage done to our property or to the contents of our rooms.
- Limited cellphone network coverage.
- Use of WiFi as per arrangements.
- Children of all ages are welcome, as long as they are accompanied by their parents or
prior arrangement. Fees for children can be negotiable.
- Deposit required- 50% to secure booking. The balance is payable on arrival. No room
will be allocated to guests before the balance is paid.
- Single night stay: 100% deposit is required.
- Make sure you check your belongings before you check out of the chalet, as we will
not accept liability for lost items after you checked out of the lodge.
- Cancellation Policy: 50% deposit forfeited if cancellation within 8-30 days prior to your
stay. Cancellation of any booking within 7days -100% of balance
- Refund Policy: Deposit refunded at our discretion if any booking is replaced or shifted
within reasonable parameters (minus R200 administration fee)
